Booking terms and payments

Who runs PaddleOut Morocco, how payments work and what happens if your plans change.

Who we are

PaddleOut Morocco is a surf camp in Tamraght, Morocco, run by Surfing in Taghazout LLC. Surfing in Taghazout LLC operates the Surfing in Taghazout and PaddleOut Morocco surf camps and is the company that takes your booking and your payment.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Surfing in Taghazout LLC. Your card statement shows SURFING IN TAGHAZOUT. We never see or store your card details.

  • To book, you pay a deposit of €50 per person, either right away by card or later with the secure payment link we email you.
  • The rest of the package price is paid at the camp when you arrive.
  • Prices are in euros and include what is listed on each package page. Airport transfers and optional activities are paid separately.

Confirmation

After your request we check the dates and confirm your room by WhatsApp or email, usually within a few hours and within 24 hours at the latest. If your dates are full, we offer you other dates.

Cancellations and changes

  • Deposits and bookings are non-refundable once paid. Please check your dates before you pay.
  • If you need to change your dates, contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability.
  • If we have to cancel your stay, you get your deposit back in full.

Your data

We use the details you send us (name, email, phone, dates) only to handle your booking and to contact you about it. Card data is handled by Stripe.
